Not at launch. GTA 6 releases on November 19, 2026 only on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S. Rockstar has not announced a PC version or a PC release date.
Rockstar has always released on consoles first and PC later:
| Game | Console release | PC release | Wait |
|---|---|---|---|
| GTA 5 | Sept 2013 | April 2015 | ~19 months |
| Red Dead Redemption 2 | Oct 2018 | Nov 2019 | ~13 months |
| GTA 6 | Nov 2026 | Not announced | — |
If GTA 6 follows the same pattern, a PC release in late 2027 or 2028 is realistic. That’s our estimate, not an announcement.
There are no official GTA 6 PC system requirements yet, because there’s no PC version yet. Any “minimum requirements” list you see online is a guess.
As a rough guide, GTA 6 is built for current consoles, so a PC around PS5 level or better is a sensible expectation:
| Component | Our estimate (not official) |
|---|---|
| CPU | Modern 8-core (e.g. Ryzen 7 / Core i7, recent generation) |
| GPU | RTX 3070 / RX 6800 class or better |
| RAM | 16 GB minimum, 32 GB recommended |
| Storage | NVMe SSD with 200 GB+ free |
We’ll publish the official specs the day Rockstar releases them.
Very likely eventually, based on every major Rockstar release, but no PC version has been announced.
Unknown until Rockstar publishes PC specs. For a game built for PS5-class hardware, 16 GB is a likely minimum and 32 GB a comfortable recommendation.
Not confirmed. No cloud streaming version has been announced.
Not confirmed. Rockstar hasn’t announced cross-progression.
